Nestled right next to the main entrance on G Floor (below the lion head), The Bar°n Wine Bar prides itself on a vast selection of wines from various continents, as many as 200 kinds to be exact.

From full-bodied to sweet and fruity, wine is the perfect complement to almost any dish, and a delightful addition to your dining experience.

For cocktail lovers, choose from favourites such as a classic margarita, mojito or daiquiri, which can also be flavoured according to your preference (Classic, Strawberry, Peach or Mango Berry).

Sip on The Bar°n's Sangria which is a refreshing blend of red wine, brandy, apple juice, orange juice and strawberry puree. The Jamaican Marley is made with egg white, campari, grape juice and marmalade rum.

If you're feeling particularly adventurous, hop on over to the bar to customise your own cocktail, specially made to your preferred taste (sweet, sour, tangy, etc).

Chomp down on The Bar°n's extensive food menu, featuring selections from Spanish, Asian and Western influences.

A must-try is their Tapas Combo Platter, which features 6 of their best-selling small plates, namely luncheon fries, pork belly, lagrimas (tender lean pork meat), chicken wings, German sausage, Italian sausage and pork satay.

Laden with meat delights, this delicious platter is perfect for a group of 2-3 to share, or even up to 4 small eaters! Our personal favourites from the platter? The luncheon fries and pork belly! *smacks lips*

Steak lovers would enjoy the balance of lean and fatty meats in The Bar°n's grilled grain-fed Ribeye Steak, served with mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and drizzled with red wine and beef jus.

Craving for ribs? Indulge on the Smoked Beef Short Ribs with buttery mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a punchy, creamy smoked paprika sauce.

You can never go wrong with chicken - and The Bar°n delivers a comforting bite with their crunchy, juicy Classic Chicken Chop served with fries and seasonal vegetables.

A medley of fresh seafood awaits you with the Pestacore Pizza - prawns, squid, mussels, fish cube and clams on tomato sauce! We'd also highly recommend the Roast Pork Pizza and Chorizo with Fresh Cut Chilli Pizza, among others.

For those craving classic Asian fare, try The Bar°n's Mamak Special, served with crispy pork belly, Sarawak Laksa or Claypot Bah Kut Teh!

To tie up our delicious gastronomic journey, we treated our tastebuds to a decadent Chocolate Lava cake with a melted chocolate core, served with scoop vanilla ice cream. The Bar°n's Crème Brulee was delightfully rich and luscious, a perfect end to our indulgent experience.
