Terms & Conditions 

1. This campaign will run from 1 - 17 July 2024.
2. Shoppers are required to download Sunway Malls App and register as a member to upload their receipts under the “Rewards Tab”.
3. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per day, with unlimited redemptions allowed throughout the campaign period.
4. For every successfully uploaded and approved receipt, shoppers will receive an e-voucher to redeem a chance at the vending machine.
5. Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date. E-vouchers are valid and redeemable between 1-17 July 2024.
6. Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, bill payment of any kind, reload/top up, bank transactions and money changers, any form of cash/shopping vouchers and payment by using gift cards are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.
7. Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
8. Prizes are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Prize items include a mixture of cash vouchers, product vouchers, and products.
9. Prizes may vary from time to time and will be dispensed randomly from the vending machine. 
10. All prizes dispensed from the vending machine are not exchangeable for another chance/product/voucher/item, all results are final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. 
11. Prizes are strictly non-resalable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable for cash and/or other items. The value of the prizes will be solely determined by Sunway Pyramid Management. 
12. Tenant staffs are strictly not allowed to redeem. 
13. The Management reserves the right to demand proof of purchase for verification purposes. 
14. The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
