You heard that right — all you have to do is spend RM30 and above to try your luck and claw a Labubu! If you’re extra lucky, you’ll even win home a Mega Space Molly!

This campaign will run from 14 May – 1 June 2025.
Redeemable at Redemption Booth @ First Floor Oasis – In front of Brands For Less outlet (BFL).
Shoppers are entitled for the below:
Monday - Wednesday: Spend RM30 in a single receipt to receive 4 game coins (maximum 4 coins per receipt). Multiple receipts with a minimum spend of RM30 each are accepted, maximum hundred (100) game coins per shopper per day.
Thursday - Sunday: Spend RM30 in a single receipt to receive 2 game coins (maximum 2 coins per receipt). Multiple receipts with a minimum spend of RM30 each are accepted, maximum fifty (50) game coins per shopper per day.
Redemption items are on first come first serve and while stocks last basis. No disputes will be entertained if the items have been fully redeemed.
Prizes are given through successful claw attempts by shoppers, on a first-come first-served basis. Items include cash vouchers, product vouchers, and products. No prize is guaranteed and strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items.
Item and design will be allocated randomly based on availability.
Shoppers must download the Sunway Malls App and register as a member before taking part in the redemption activity to receive the redemption items.
Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.
The images shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual product may vary from the images portrayed in the marketing collaterals displayed.
Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Sunway Pyramid outlets on the same date.
Receipts from Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Jaya Grocer, Parkson, any type of bill payments, reloads or top-ups, as well as transactions from banks and money changers are NOT eligible for redemption. Payments made in cash/shopping vouchers or using gift cards are strictly NOT valid for redemption.
Receipts and orders from Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platforms are NOT eligible for redemption.
Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem.
The Management reserves the right to replace the redemption gift with any other item with or without any prior notification.
The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
The mall is not liable for any damages, or injuries that accompany or result from your use of games and activities at the event area.
By participating in the activities, the mall reserves the right to publish or display the photographs and/or videos which you may be part of for advertising, marketing and publicity purposes.

This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia aged 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Sunway IFM Sdn. Bhd., its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
An entry is deemed eligible by fulfilling the following requirements:
Spend RM30 in a single receipt at the participating outlets.
Submit the receipt for the Shop, Claw, Unbox campaign between 14 May – 1 June 2025 on Sunway Malls App.
Tenants are strictly not allowed to participate in this contest.
By participating in this activity and contest, all participants consent to giving Sunway Pyramid the right to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Contest.
Sunway Pyramid may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this contest and extending the contest period. Any such changes will be announced on Sunway Pyramid’s official website or Facebook page.
The winners will be selected randomly from among all the eligible entries after the end of the campaign and will be contacted at any time deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Sunway Pyramid. The drawing decision is final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
If Sunway Pyramid is unable to contact the winner after three (3) attempts within 3 days from the first attempt of contact, Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to cancel the winner entry, the non-contactable winner shall have no claim whatsoever against Sunway Pyramid on the cancellation and the forfeiture.
Sunway Pyramid reserves the absolute right to substitute or replace the prize with other items of similar value at any time, if the stated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances, without any prior written notice.
Sunway Pyramid’s decisions on any matter relating to this contest are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by Sunway Pyramid.
The winner must produce their identification card for verification and registration purposes before collecting the prize.
In the event the winner fails to show up during the agreed time of prize collection, he/she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-resalable and/or non-exchangeable for cash.
Sunway Pyramid reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
