• Shoppers are entitled to redeem only ONE (1) rebate per day, as the redemption tiers are NOT stackable:
SPENDING TIER: PARKING REBATE
Min. Spend RM50: RM3 OFF
Min. Spend RM100: RM4 OFF
Min. Spend RM250: FREE FULL-DAY
• Redemptions are on a first come first serve and while stocks last basis (where applicable). No disputes will be entertained once the redemption has been processed.
• Parking rebate will be applied directly via the validator device at Jaya Grocer’s outlet.
• Rebates are strictly non-resalable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. 
• Shoppers are required to provide their car plate number and Jaya Grocer receipt dated the same day to be eligible for redemption.
• Valid only for original receipts from purchases made at Jaya Grocer, Sunway Pyramid on the same date.
• Receipts from other mall outlets, Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Lagoon, Parkson, or any other locations outside Jaya Grocer are NOT eligible for redemption.
• Receipts for bill payments, reloads or top-ups, transactions from banks and money changers are NOT valid for redemption.
• Tenants are strictly not allowed to redeem. 
• The Management reserves the right to revise or replace the mechanics and redemption value at any time without prior notice.
• The Management reserves the right to demand additional proof of purchase for verification purposes.
• The Management reserves the right to withhold/decline any suspicious redemption until verification is completed.
